Snowboarding, Skiing & SPORTTAPE

We love to board but unfortunately we will only get our hands on the ironing variety this Winter. However this hasn't stopped us from taking advantage of course lecturer Rob Madden who is off to help the Canadian Snowboard Team I’m using SPORTTAPE to treat everyone one from holiday goers to professional team skiers and riders. SPORTTAPE can be used in conjunction with other treatment methods and rehab to make sure you really optimise human movement. It is a phenomenal tool I now couldn’t work without! SPORTTAPE can help with the 5 most common injuries found on the ski slopes:
  • Knee pain
  • Lower back pain
  • Shoulder strain
  • Sprained wrists & thumbs
  • Whiplash
Minor injuries like these can often be managed quickly and effectively allowing a safe, smooth return to an activity like skiing or snowboarding.

SPORTTAPE is a vital item to pack for your holiday and perfect for treating any minor injuries. This flexible multi-functional tape is perfect for supporting muscles, ligaments and joints to aid recovery and most importantly reduce pain. It’s simple to apply and ideal for most common injuries and the long lasting tape comes with a range of easy to follow applications. Water-resistant and sweat proof, the product is available in an array of colours and quirky designs meaning there’s a SPORTTAPE roll to suit everyone’s taste. Finally, please remember that prevention is always better than a cure. Don’t forget to warm-up, wear suitable protection and restrain from taking unnecessary risks (unlike the photo above)! And if you do suffer a serious injury always consult a medical professional.
