Aled Davies-Shot Put

article-2197800-14CD4AE9000005DC-53_468x355Aled has been a sport fanatic from a young age, having always been involved in sport from rugby to swimming, always competing alongside able bodied athletes but always felt he had a disadvantage. His disability limits the function of his right leg, and his foot is fixed at birth. Aled's rise to glory began in 2006 when he was taken under the wing of his coach Anthony Hughes and his abilities went from strength to strength. Not many university students can say that they wake up every morning as a paralympic and double world champion, Aled certainly can!
