Firstly I would like to congratulate all of you that are reading this would put yourself through the madness of running the London Marathon last weekend, you all deserve the long rest I am sure you are making the most of! With the first few days of the marathon now being over and your legs slowly wanting to work again, it would be no surprise for you to start feeling tweaks in those leg muscles, especially the calfs after the hell you put them through.
