Tape Spotting at Wimbledon

With Wimbledon well underway and the British contingent all knocked out in earlier rounds, we decided that the next best option was to go on a kinesiology tape hunt and see what we could find!

First up was Mikhail Kukushkin who was wearing a forearm application which is one of the most common applications due to the demands of tennis, it is rare to see just a single I strip used as a pain strip is often added to help reduce any tennis elbow problems. If you fancy trying this application yourself click on this link for SPORTTAPE Tennis Elbow taping and you will be good to go!

Later in the week it was the turn of Kevin Anderson who was sporting a black knee application to help support his patella which can often be injured slipping on the famous grass of Wimbledon. It looks like a very complicated taping application but it is actually really easy, if you follow these simple steps on our SPORTTAPE Knee Pain application.
