The Tale Of Two Halves

As you can guess by the brand name SPORTTAPE we are a team of avid sports fans, so when the 6 Nations begins all hell breaks loose in the office.

With Carl the Englishman and myself the proud Welshman, it was down to Kate-Anne the token Irish supporter to be the referee. We all decided that it would have to be down to the winner of the daily Ping-Pong match as to who was going to win the opening game of the 2015 6 Nations. Carl, against all odds managed to sneak the victory to take the early bragging rights before the big match!

Game Time!

So after all of the crazy fireworks, flashing lights and everything else imaginable the stage was set for the start of this year's 6 Nations. With Wales going into an early lead, the banter was soon flying from myself to Carl, it's just a shame it didn't last! As soon as the second half kicked off, Wales fell apart, with poor decision making and silly mistakes, the game was soon out of their hands. England were in so much control, James Haskell was even able to run into the posts and still managed to come away with the victory!

The SPORTTAPE bragging rights are firmly Carl's for the week, but after a solid victory for Ireland, there is still plenty to play for. Keep your eyes peeled for round 2 of the SPORTTAPE 6 Nations Battle!
