2015 London Marathon Complete, Now the Hard Work Begins!

First up, to every one of you that ran the London Marathon on Sunday we bow to you, it has inspired each of the SPORTTAPE team to get out and dust off the running trainers between our lunch breaks!

We think it's only fair that we do all we can to help you recover which is why we have drawn up these quick and easy tips to help speed up your recovery. It is highly likely that you aren't to keen on moving very far in the next few days, so we have made all of these tips easy to do within the comfort of your own home.
