Learn how to use and apply Kinesiology Tape for CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME with our easy to follow K Taping video. All you need is a sharp pair of scissors, clean skin and 90 seconds of your time.

YOU WILL NEED

KINESIOLOGY TAPING FOR CARPAL TUNNEL

  • Measure and cut a strip of K TAPE from the wrist to the elbow.

  • Prepare a Y STRIP by cutting the strip in half, leaving a small tab at one end.

  • If you’re unsure how, see our ‘Taping Techniques’ video.

  • Dorsiflex the hand to stretch the forearm.

  • Lay each tail down with 0% stretch, coming each side of the Ulna, finishing at the wrist.

  • Cut another short strip of K Tape, measured across the forearm. Round the corners.

  • Rip the backing paper into 3, and remove the middle section.

  • Apply the middle section of the tape with 50% stretch over any specific pinch-point or point of pain.

  • Stick the ends of the tape down with 0% stretch.

  • Wait at least 30 minutes before starting exercise.
