SATURDAY DELIVERY

For pre-weekend delivery the cut-off time is 2PM on THURSDAY. For guaranteed Saturday delivery you must specifically request and pay for SAT DELIVERY on FRIDAY before 2PM.

*24HR PARCELFORCE – is an expected delivery time only, and is only available for UK mainland. Unfortunately PARCELFORCE (and all other couriers) won’t absolutely guarantee next day delivery. However from our experience 95% are made within 24hrs.

For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands, we can only offer a 48HR service.

TRACKING: All orders are sent using a tracked service. If you provide an email address and mobile phone number then you will receive active updates on the status of your delivery, including estimated delivery slots.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES: Please note, these are expected delivery times based on the last 12 months. We can not be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by factors outside of our control so please consider this when ordering.

You have 90 days after purchase to let us know if your item has not been received and request a refund or re-delivery.

IMPORT VAT: Please note, now that the UK is no longer an EU member state, that any shipments into the EU WILL BE subject to import VAT. It is your responsibility to check these fees prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, if delivery is refused by yourself we will not issue a refund for the cost of delivery since this will have been charged by the courier.

RETURNS

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong tape? That’s ok! You can return your tape at any time within 30 days of purchase for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Send all items back to us: SPORTTAPE, Unit 7 Roundabout Court, Bedwas Industrial Estate, CF83 8FS
  3. Once the items are received we will process a full refund (including your original postage cost if applicable), or ship your replacement items

Additional Information:

  • We would recommend sending returns with a tracked service. We do not hold liability for returns that are lost or not delivered.
  • If an item is deemed to be faulty, we will replace at no cost to you and will cover any returns costs if we request the item back.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 days after the item has been returned.


THE BORING STUFF: Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email; [email protected] if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time (90 days max). We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund at any point before the order has been dispatched. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less than £5 to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.
