Measure the K Tape from the ball of the foot to the top of the Achilles Tendon.
Cut the tape to length and round the edges to prevent fraying.
Plantarflex your foot and lay the tape down with 0% stretch along the bottom the foot, around the heel and over the Achilles.
Take some time to mould the tape around the Achilles tendon to make sure it sticks well.
Cut a short strip of K Tape and round the edges.
Apply the anchor underneath the arch of the foot.
Invert the foot and apply the strip with 50% stretch, pulling the arch up with the tape
Repeat step 2 if necessary to create a greater lift on the arch, overlapping tape slightly.
Rub the tape and wait at least 30 minutes before exercise.
