POSTURE K TAPING GUIDE


FOLLOW THIS K TAPING APPLICATION FOR POSTURAL CORRECTION

All you need is a sharp pair of scissors, clean skin, a friend and 2 minutes of your time. Then watch and follow the video above (summary below). Remember to seek medical advice first and whether you're a seasoned taping pro or a first time taper, always fully assess before applying.

STEP 1

  • Cut two I Strips of kinesiology tape and round edges
  • Apply the anchor with 0% stretchto mid clavicle
  • With 50% stretch apply to the inferior angle of scapula

STEP 2

  • Repeat again for the otherside.

  • Apply anchor to mid clavicle

  • With 50% stretch apply to inferior angle of scapula

STEP 3

  • Finish by rubbing the tape to activate the adhesion
  • Wait 30 mins before exercising
